This exciting news builds on the event’s earlier announcement of an essential venue progression to the Three Counties Showground in Malvern, Worcestershire.

Holstein UK’s Non-Executive Director for HYB, Mr Edward Griffiths says: “I have no doubt that the three judges selected will add to the show’s impressive appeal. Having judged numerous shows throughout the country, they all have extensive CVs and are more than qualified to do an excellent job.”

In a change to the usual format the other breeds’ Showmanship classes, which includes the British Friesian breed, will be appointed its own judge. Previously the Holstein Showmanship judge would cover all the showmanship classes. In a bid to ‘speed up’ Saturday’s activities both the Holstein and other breed showmanship classes will have their own rings running at the same time. This judging appointment will be announced at a later date.
