Royal Agricultural Society of England

The RASE is committed to the successful development of all aspects of the nation's rural life and the economic activity which serves and supports it. As a non-political organisation the RASE promotes an independent and balanced approach to agricultural and countryside issues.

Royal Ulster Agricultural Society

The origins of the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society stretch back at least to 1854 when the North East Agricultural Association of Ireland was founded.

Royal Welsh Agricultural Society

The Society will be celebrating its 100th year in 2004. It was in 1904 that six agricultural show enthusiasts met at the Lion Royal Hotel, Aberystwyth to consider forming an Agricultural Show Society for the Principality.

Three Counties Agricultural Society

From humble origins in 1797, and a Membership of just 100, the Three Counties Agricultural Society entered its fourth century of existence in the Millennium year.

Border Union Agricultural Society

Traditionally the annual Show is held on the last Friday and Saturday of July each year in Springwood Park, forty six acres of parkland on the outskirts of Kelso.

Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland

The Society is responsible for The Royal Highland Show that takes place over four days at the end of June every year. This attracts 160,00 visitors, over 2000 exhibitors, and 5000 livestock.

Yorkshire Agricultural Society

The Yorkshire Agricultural Society was founded in 1837 to help improve agriculture in the region. It is best known for organising the Great Yorkshire Show, but this is only part of its work.

Anglesey Agricultural Society

The Anglesey County Show is held on the second full week in August each year, attracting around 53,000 visitors. Various other events are held on the Showground throughout the year.
