AGCO/Fendt tops Dealer Satisfaction Barometer 2013

"Fendt – the undisputed industry leader,” writes the magazine Agrartechnik Business in its 1/2014 issue, regarding the results in the European comparison of dealers.

For a good reason: to win in the European overall index, Fendt took first place in ten of thirteen categories, including “Quality of the relationship”, “After-sales service and warranty processing”, “Contact to the managers”, “Readiness to eliminate weak points”, “Communication” or “Contribution to profitability”.

“We are very pleased that our sales partners on the European level have rated our work so positively again this year. That shows that the relationship with our dealers and distributors is characterised by great confidence and close cooperation,” said Peter-Josef Paffen, Vice President and Chairman of the AGCO/Fendt Management Board.
The European Dealer Satisfaction Barometer is carried out annually by CLIMMAR, the European umbrella association for agricultural and construction machinery. It is based on the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI).

Fendt also convinces German sales partners

The results of the current dealer satisfaction barometer for tractor manufacturers, a survey of German dealers and distributors, also confirms that Fendt is on the right path.

AGCO/Fendt is the clear winner with a total of 14.7 of 20 points, 0.45 points ahead of the second placed manufacturer. Special note should be taken of the categories “Image and external presentation of the brand” with 18.9 points, “Processing and payment conditions” with 17.4 points, as well as the “Dealer-supplier relationship” with 16.8 of 20 points.

The survey was carried out by the ARGE Fabrikatsvereinigungen Landtechnik, a work group of the association of agricultural equipment manufacturers within the federal association Landbau Technik, and was presented at the Landtechnische Unternehmertage LTU at the beginning of January in the Würzburg Congress Centre.
