A new Quality Standard website www.simplybeefandlamb.co.uk has been launched by EBLEX.
The user friendly site has been developed to inspire consumers to cook with Quality Standard beef and lamb. It also contains information on Quality Standard stockists and useful hints and tips on preparing, cooking and carving meat.
The 2009 Spring Tuck-In recipe book has been published by EBLEX and distributed to more than 3,000 butchers. The latest Quality Standard edition of the seasonal magazine features exciting new recipes from Quality Standard Ambassadors Angela Hartnett and Oliver Rowe, showcasing their delicious spring beef and lamb ideas.
Angela’s Chinese themed recipe collection honours 2009 as the Year of the Ox, but also focuses on lesser known cuts of beef which offer great value for money. Oliver’s lamb recipes incorporate fresh, vibrant spring flavours and seasonal vegetables to get consumers in the mood for the warmer months.
