Dairy Group Chairman Expresses Anger at RPA Cover Up 30/01/07
Daniel Kawczynski has reacted angrily to media reports that the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) had ‘massaged figures’ on Single Farm Payments to farmers in the UK.
