UK's Leading Forestry Company Seeks Graduate Trainees
Award-winning forestry and harvesting company UPM Tilhill is on the hunt for candidates with drive, passion and enthusiasm who are interested in joining one of the industry’s leading graduate programmes.
UPM Tilhill, which is at the forefront of the UK forestry management and timber harvesting industry, is looking for recent forestry graduates, or those studying for a degree in forestry or related subjects such as land management, environmental studies or horticulture, to join the graduate scheme. The company now has a number of places available on the three-year programme.
Jenny Bjars joined UPM Tilhill’s graduate programme recently after studying Economics of Forestry at the University of Helsinki.
Successful applicants are assigned to a district office or business stream where they learn every aspect of that area, including shadowing highly experienced colleagues. They are then put on rotating placements around the country and across business streams, enabling them to build up their knowledge.
