The sun was shining and people were smiling at the in lamb sale of Lleyn sheep on Friday 15th February 2013.
E & D Jones, Machynlleth, flock 599 topped the Lleyn sale with lot 49, a shearling ewe sired by Ballylinney Action Man. Scanned in-lamb to Bronallt Big Daddy she sold for 1500gns to AG Hughes, Caernarfon.

The Champion in the pre sale show was from JK Goldie, Dumfries (lot 24). This shearling ewe sired by a homebred sire was scanned with twins in lamb to Lluest Nobleman. She went on to sell for 1000gns also to AG Hughes.

The day set off well when Hamish Goldie of Dumfries sold lot 1, a shearling gimmer, sired by a homebred sire. Scanned a twin she was in-lamb to Lluest Nobleman. She sold for 900gns to Midgehope Farms, Melrose.
