VarioGrip produced a lot of interest among the visitors. The tire-pressure-system is fully integrated in the concept of the machine. The driver can control the pressure over his terminal, to suite it to the ground and working conditions- also during driving. Another system that created attention was SectionControl. Fertilizers and pesticides can be squirted into before selected areas of the field with a tolerance of +/- 2cm. But not only new systems were presented. The completely new developed tractor Fendt 300 Vario and the remastered 700 Vario are the newest creations of the factory in Marktoberdorf. The 700 Vario is the most popular Fendt series in France and it now has 46 new features. “During the exhibition we could show the forage harvester Fendt Katana 65 chaffing maze. A massive crowd puller”, says Fabien Pottier excited. The new combine harvesters of the X- and L-series were also presented.

Around 300 agricultural companies gathered on the 160 hectares exhibition ground. During the four days 80,000 people around Europe visited the event. “The Fendt exhibition was one of the most popular of the Innov-Agri. We could even let our visitors drive our 700, 800 and 900 series on a special course. You can experience Fendt the best way, if you drive one”, laughs Fabien Pottier. On the six hectares Fendt area AGCO Finance, AGCO Parts and the Fendt Shop also had their own stands.
