Wessex Hustler on Show at Livestock 2014

Wessex International are showing their Hustler SL-350 among the machinery in their display at Livestock 2014.

A 3-point linkage mounted balefeeder, the Wessex International Huster is suitable for all types of round bales, even those 5`long, as well as square bales. The machine feeds out both sides and is simple and reliable, overcoming many of the problems associated with conventional chain-drive bale feeders.

On the Hustler CH-2000 the large polypropylene cradle lifts hydraulically, altering the pressure on the rotors, which varies the feed rate, depending on the application. The cradle is very low for ease of loading and two self-cleaning rotors are carefully timed, simply teasing the feed over the side of the machine. The Hustler CH-2000 will feed round or square bales with ease.

Wessex will display push brooms from the SweepEx range. The MegaMax-960 is the ‘push broom with a twist’ and measures a huge 2.44 metres/96” wide with a sweeping performance to match its size. The MegaMax will hold bulk volume materials and sweep close to a wall or curb without causing damage. There’s no need to spend time going over swept areas to clear spill lines and the broom has no motor, belts or chains.

The Pro-720 Push Broom fits tractors, skidsteers and forks. With eight rows of bristles the Pro broom is ideal for sweeping both indoors and outdoors, counter balancing for fork trucks and compact tractors. All SweepEx brooms feature a high-tensile steel broom head and mounting hardware, with a heavy-duty powder coated finish.

SweepEx accessories include a magnetic bar which ensures the removal of nails and other dangerous metal debris, saving on puncture repairs and tyre replacements.
