Neil Darwent
Club Chairman Neil Darwent says: “I want to use this opportunity to remind everyone involved in cattle breeding of our end goal – food production. So, we have papers examining the changing demand for meat and milk and innovations in genetics combined with the wisdom and experience of progressive farm business operators.
Our 2014 conference should provide a clear insight into what is required from our industry and promote a closer working relationship between researchers, farmers, processors and retailers to collectively meet the challenges that lie ahead.”
“I invite you to get involved in this most stimulating forum for debate and enjoy the camaraderie that the British Cattle Breeders Club has fostered over many years. We are, of course, deeply indebted to all our and particularly our major sponsors Asda, DairyCo and EBLEX.”
